The use of your personal information for the purposes described in (i), (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) (also including (ix) as it relates to these
purposes) (the “Essential Purposes”) is mandatory in order to allow Richardson to administer contracts of sale or service that it enters into with you. If you do not consent to Richardson’s use of your personal information with respect to the purposes described in (vi), (vii),
